Our tip

Don't miss the intricate mother-of-pearl inlays on the Reclining Buddha's feet, decorated with 108 auspicious symbols. After visiting the main hall, explore the temple's quieter courtyards and colourful chedis.

How to get there

Take the MRT Blue Line to Sanam Chai Station (Exit 1), then walk to Wat Pho. You can also arrive by boat via Tha Tien Pier. The temple is located just south of the Grand Palace, making it easy to visit both on the same day.
